Joanna Bojarska – Professional Beauty Services reserves the right to amend and alter the terms and conditions without prior notice
The treatment, advice and information offered by Joanna Bojarska does not replace the advice or care of medical professionals. It is advisable that you inform both your medical practitioner and any complimentary practitioners of the treatment you are undertaking at Joanna Bojarska- Professional Beauty Services. Joanna Bojarska should be always informed of any changes to your nutrition, supplementation and medication.
It is inadvisable to change or cease medical treatment or medication without first consulting your medical professional.
Cancellation Policy, No Show Policy
24 hours cancellation policy
Due to high patient demand and the limited availability of appointments Joanna Bojarska – Professional Beauty Services (Beauty by Joanna Bojarska, Joanna Bojarska – Beauty Expert) has instituted a NO SHOW FEE POLICY and LATE CANCELLATION FEE POLICY that will result in 50% fee (from your last appointment) if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment.
Any cancellation fee charged, are non-refundable and cannot be used as credit against future treatments or any other purchases.
What counts as a NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION?
A no show or late cancellation is considered to be any scheduled appointment where the client
- Does not come in for the appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled time
- Cancels the appointment less then 24 hours prior to the appointment
- Does not show up at all for their scheduled appointment
New Client – Non-Refundable Deposit
From the 1st June 2022 – all new customers (new customer refers to anyone who hasn’t used Beauty by Joanna Bojarska Services for more than a year) will be asked for a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT – 50% of the chosen service charge – that needs to be paid no later than 24h before the appointment.

How can you cancel your appointment?
You can cancel your appointment by:
- Cancelling in person by visiting one of my location (operating locations are listed in the “contact me“ section)
- Calling Joanna Bojarska on 077 15 27 2007 – in case of no answer, leave a voice massage with your name, appointment date and time.
- By text message on 077 15 27 2007

All treatments must be paid for in advance or at the time of treatment. Clients can also pay with valid GIFT VOUCHERS (Read more about gift vouchers in the “gift vouchers terms” section).
Joanna Bojarska accepts payment for goods and services by cash, debit or credit card. Cheques & Apple payments are not accepted.
Gift Vouchers and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for.
All GIFT VOUCHERS are valid for 3 MONTHS from the date of purchase unless the Voucher states different.
Each voucher a DUE DATE and it won’t be valid after the expiry date.
Please make sure that you bring the gift voucher with you, as the original voucher has to be presented in order to claim it – no electronic or any other form of the voucher will be accepted.
Lost, damaged or stolen GIFT VOUCHERS will not be replaced or refunded.
All offers/promotions are limited to one offer/promotion per person.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package or discount.
All offers/ promotion can also include their own Terms & Conditions depends on the promotion or offer – please always read the promotion/ offer terms & conditions.
Some offers or promotions might be the subject to availability and there might be date and time restricted.
Joanna Bojarska reserves the right to withdrawn or cancel any offer or promotion without previous notification.
Policy on Children
I regret, that I am unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the waiting/reception area. Myself or Front of House staff, are neither trained nor insured to look after children.
For safety reasons I wouldn’t recommend bringing children into to the treatment room.
Joanna Bojarska cannot be held responsible for any incident that may occur while children left unattended.
Any damage caused by the children left unattended will be the parent/guardian responsibilty.
Under 18s Treatment
When treating clients under 18 years of age, Joanna Bojarska will need a written consent from the parent/Guardian before performing the treatment. Consent and Medical assessment are being filled in with the patient and the parent/guardian before the treatment at Joanna Bojarska Beauty Studio location (operating locations are listed in the “contact me“ section)
Policy on Pets
I regret that I am unable to allow any pets in the treatment room for the hygiene reasons.
Consultation and Patch Tests and preparation for the treatment
Please be aware that before sowe treatments and services you might need a consultation and a patch test prior having the treatment or service.
Some of the treatments also require specialised skin preparation 2 weeks or more before performing the procedure.
Please ask Joanna Bojarska if you have any further questions regarding preparation for the treatments.
I strive to deliver the best beauty services and results to each of my clients, although if you are not satisfied with the service or product provided by Joanna Bojarska, please contact me within 24 hours after the treatment so that the situation may be rectified
